Safewise an authority on home security news has listed the top 50 Safest Towns in Massachusetts.   Note that towns with a population of less than 8,000 were not used in this list, but you can read about the criteria Safewise used to pick the towns to hit there 50 safest towns list.

Remember, when buying real estate, location is everything!  Obviously safe is one of the top criteria for may home buyers when choosing a community. There certainly are some affordable towns on the list but many of the towns are the more expensive towns that are available in Massachusetts to make a home purchase.  Towns in my coverage area include Andover, Reading, North Reading, and Georgetown.
