I have been a full time Massachusetts REALTOR. My entire real estate career has been with EXIT Realty since 2002. With 100’s and 100’s of real estate closings behind me, I have the experience to help you with your next purchase or sale..

Prior to becoming a Massachusetts Real Estate Agent, I opened, owned and operated, Beyond Bagels in North Reading Massachusetts. The business was built and successfully sold in 2001. I can benefit home buyers and home sellers from my experience owning Beyond Bagels. I bring a strong sense of customer service, management and marketing to my real estate career.

Prior to opening Beyond Bagels I worked as a professional photographer. I was well versed in weddings, portraits and commercial/advertising photography. I have been involved in photo shoots for national companies such as NESN and Marriot. Years in the photography/ advertising field brings strong marketing skills, negotiating skills as well as photography skills to my career as a Massachusetts Real Estate Agent. One of my “niche” services is providing professional level real estate photography to my sellers who hire me as a Massachusetts Real Estate Agent.

I could talk about my better then average production in real estate or regional/ national speaking engagements and many awards. But that does not make me a successful Massachusetts Real Estate Agent. I think what makes me successful as your next real estate agent is my attitude and and high level of care.

I truly believe in helping buyers and sellers. Your real estate sale or purchase is never just a “transaction”. I fully understand what is at stake for you to buy the right home or sell for the right price. I am very aware of the stress and emotions that can go along with selling or buying real estate. My job is to guide you through the process in a pleasant, informative and considerate manner. My approach is as a consultant rather then as a salesperson. Guiding you to make the best decisions for yourself, based on information and experience is my job.

While guiding you thru the real estate process, I will draw on all of my years of experience to help negotiate the best terms and price for you.

I have done my job if I can take all of my experience and skills to bring you to a relatively stress free, successful closing. I do not work for your closing tomorrow, but your continued business and referrals in the future. That only comes after I have earned your trust and respect.
