Renaissance on The River- Lowell Massachusetts

Renaissance on the River is located on the Merrimack River, in the Lawrence Mills portion of Lowell National Historic Park.  The community is one of the Lowell Loft Condo communities in the downtown district. It is on the Merrimac River in a residential community in a previously abandoned 19th-century industrial mill complex. Around 2004 the Lawrence Mills were converted into a Loft community and were made available for sale.    It is located at 35 Riverwalk Way and 52 Lawrence Street in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Renaissance on the River is located just in the Lowell Historic Arts District on the outskirts of the UMASS campus.  It’s a quick walk to the downtown and all the cultural, folk, and arts events that are sponsored by the city of Lowell.
