Lowell is also the home of the Lowell Spinners, a Boston Red Sox farm team, based out of LeLacheur Park. The Lowell Spinners is a great time and I love enjoying a game with my kids. It’s a fun inexpensive way to enjoy a baseball game.
Think about walking out your door to find a great dinner out and being able to walk to the Lowell Memorial Auditorium or the Tsongas Center to catch a comedy or music. show. Both are great live music venues that provide tons of other events as well.
The Lowell National Historical Park is intertwined throughout the downtown area and highlights much of the textile industry that built Lowell into a city. The park is made up of such sites as the Boott Cotton Mill and Museum, Merrimack River and Northern Canal Walkway, Mill Girls and Immigrants Boardinghouse and more.
