For many home buyers who commute daily to Boston, living close to an MBTA commuter rail stop can be an important factor in buying a home.  Even better, is to live with-in walking or biking distance of a commuter rail stop.  Below is a list of homes for sale with-in one mile of a commuter rail stops along the MBTA Lowell Line.  The towns included are Medford (West Medford), Winchester (2 stops), Woburn (2 stops), Wilmington, Billerica (North Billerica) and Lowell.  The Lowell Line starts at 5:35 am at the Lowell station and arrives at North Station in Boston at 6:22 am.  The last train leaves North Station at 12:10 am and arrives in Lowell at 12:54 am.
