EXIT’s own Kevin Vitali speaks on Real Estate Photography

Kevin Vitali, an associate broker at EXIT Group One Real Estate in Tewksbury, spoke to a group of to a group of EXIT agents at the Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors in Reading Massachusetts. Check out my new Real Estate Photography post on Active Rain

Kevin spoke on real estate photography as a marketing tool for listing and selling homes.   One of the major points brought up by Kevin is home sellers need to remember their  first showing is on line.  Home buyers are no longer reliant on an agent exposing them to properties when the internet provides access to the entire market place at their finger tips. If you can’t compel a potential home buyer with quality photographs online you probably will lack showings on your property.
