About Canal Place Condominiums

Canal Place is a condominium complex located at 200 Market Street in Lowell MA.  Canal Place is made up of three phases.  Canal Place l, ll and lll.  Each phase is separately managed.

The buildings are old converted mill building from the Lowell Manufacturing Company.  The mill buildings were built in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s.  Lowell Manufacturing Company was known for making cotton cloth and carpets.

The Canal Place buildings were renovated in the late 1980’s thru early 1990’s into luxury loft condominiums.  There is a variety of styles and configurations.  Many of the units still retain some of the features that people have come to know with lofts, including exposed bricks and wood beams.  The complex is located in the heart of the Lowell Historic District offering all the benefits of it’s shops, restaurants, museums and festivals.  Lowell MA provide affordable real estate and is a cultural centerpoint for the Merrimack Valley

Canal Place lll will have units for sale between the low $100k’s to the mid $100k’s.  Canal Place ll and Canal Place lll will have condominium units between $200k and $300k
